Totally agree with bad reviews. This law firm is dishonest and negligent and is all about getting into your Comp check and staying there. They don't inform you of anything but keep you confused and in the dark. They also like to charge for work they didn't do. The lawyer I was assigned to was little more than a fast talking used car salesman and produced no results. when I started asking too many questions about why my case was stalling and about questionable charges on my account, they dismissed themselves from my case. You are much better off using the Division of Workmens Comp's INJURED EMPLOYEE COUNSEL (call the DWC and you will find this service for FREE) than to hire this law firm. I met people at my doc's clinic that had fired this bunch for incompetence. Stay away!

I have had the worst year of my life with this lawfirm. They would take weeks to return a phone call, and when they did, was told they could not do anything for me.(but still took my money) Bill Abbott called me taking up for his reps, very dis honest, and was always put on back burner. If you hurt yourself at work, look around before you choose this firm. I found out after i fired them, that they have a bad reputation. I sure wish i would have known that before. He is still taking money out of my check, when they did NOTHING FOR ME, AND EVEN TOLD ME THEY COULD DO NOTHING FOR ME. If you choose to use this lawfirm, be very carefull. One thing they said was impossable to do, was get to see a doctor out of the network. Well after letting them go, I was able to do just that, it was a fight, but yes it can be done, and i had to do it on my own. So they are not very knowledgeable. They where dishonest, they never spoke with my adjuster, but told me that they had.
