He had me come to court on false pretenses as though he was representing me and set me up to be locked up. I was released as what he did was strictly illegal and immoral. I have since filed a complaint with the Va State Bar. I have read he has since been suspended of his duties-GOD IS GOOD! I hope he gets what he deserves. He is a no good, lying, cheating human being and I use that term VERY loosely! He made me loose my job and my home and almost my family. God will be his judge!

My father hired him before his death in 2003 to handle a case for my brother. After his death I took over speaking with Mr. Smith. Well guess what to this day and certified letters and conversations with him on the phone he took my dead fathers money and ran and nothing to help my brother. I hope he and others read this and stay away from this man IF he is still practicing!!
