DO NOT HIRE! This attorney preys on people in trouble taking advantage of her own clients. Her interns handle everything explaining why so much falls through the cracks. After realizing I needed to seek competent council it took her office 3 weeks just to mail a check! Find someone that knows theyre stuff there is no time to waste unreliable lawyers Alison Margolin. After getting nowhere with those handling my case, I tried getting in touch with her, after expressing my concern she blew up on me for bothering her in the most absurd and unprofessional manner through a text. Then I fired her, then couldnt get the check back where she tried to get me to re-retain her for $5k when originally only $1.5k If you are seeking a flashy inexperienced rude lawyer constantly reminding the world she went to Harvard, go with Margolin and Lawerence in Los Angeles. If you want an honest lawyer seek someone else.

I'm not going to go on and on and use unnecessary adjectives. I'll just be honest and to the point. I did my research and checked out about 10 other lawyers/ firms. Allison was the most affordable and had the most experience for my situation. Her and her partner Raza genuinely cared and went the extra mile. Their staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The specifics of my case were out of the ordinary and this turned many other lawyers off. If Allison and her staff were unsure of something they were honest and then thoroughly researched it. Allison and Raza were available after hours several times. I believe they did an excellent job representing me and I am happy with the outcome, I would recommend them to anyone.

Ms. Margolin is amazing !!! She really cares and is down to earth and will go the extra mile to fight and defend your rights and prevail over the prosecution. She is LA'S DOPEST ATTORNEY!!
