David Foos caused me to accept a plea deal for a crime that I DID NOT commit. All he did was delay the case and pressured me to accept something that I really didn't want. He is awful. BEWARE!

No sense of social responsibility--first lawyer from Sacto who Bill O'Reilly mentioned negatively on his Factor show on 1/22/08. Good going David-keep up the good work! Keep those predators and illegal aliens out there on the streets to keep our kids sharp!

David is a former Traffic Court judge who represented my husband in Traffic Court. My husband's license had been suspended and he had about $6000 worth of fines. We never thought that he would get his license back. I knew David from dealing with other attorneys in this firm and referred my husband to him. For a very reasonable fee, David had all the charges dropped along wih the fines and my husband only had to do 25 days of Work Project. He also was able to get his license reinstated the day after the court hearing.
