Harold Laflamme died in 2017. It is my opinion that the employees have not dissolved the law firm because of the lucrative county contract for social services CPS needs. Is it possible that the judges aren't aware of his death. Ignorance is not a defense. They assign the law office of Harold LaFamme which appears to be deceptive. His name is on some of the cases recently filed as the attorney of record.

Christine Morcos calls herself a “zealous advocate” but she’s anything but. She’s too busy to communicate with her clients, she doesn’t answer her phone, can’t schedule a meeting, and when you ask her to do her job she has excuses as to why she can’t. In my opinion she should at minimum be removed from the juvenile court system and representing foster children, and at maximum be removed from the bar and prevented from representing (ineffectively) any client.

As a CASA trained former licensed foster parent, I am deeply concerned at the complacency and lack of interest displayed by LaFlamme attorneys. Each I have encountered appears pleasant, competent, and good with children--but rarely do anything to advocate. Very disturbing.

VERY INCOMPETENT ATTORNEY. HOW ARE THEY HANDLING MY CASE AS A FOSTER YOUTH? (THEY MUST HAVE A DEAL BARGAIN WITH THE COUNTY) I WOULD RATHER NOT HAVE AN ATTORNEY.

This lawyer's office was appointed to represent my son in a case and they are horrible. They want to keep cases open so long as they can soak the county for more money.

Court appointed by Judge Millard, this attorney was responsible for lifting a restraining over on minor child's father while still under investigation for child molestation. I have been trying to get my daughter back for 5 YEARS!!! He makes his living off the suffering of children, is biased and always aligns himself with the parent with the most money!! He is a reprobate! Should be sued. His assistant Jennifer Eller acts concerned. She is a reprobate as well, teaming with child abusers; appalling, disingenuous and bold to defame innocent parents with VALID concerns.

For some reason this man Harold LaFlamme is in charge of child protective services. He has never interviewed this child who repeatedly has said she is being physically, sexually, and emotionally abused. He has no concern for children what so ever. There are so many reports and families broken by this man and children who remain in full custody with their abusers.

This sorry excuse for an attorney, sits back and exults in his power over children and their parents. He has non educated legal secretaries who act as "investigators" for him. They are not educated or experienced in early child development, nor do they have any psychology degree or exp, yet LaFlamme let's them interview parents and children regarding complex situations that they have no business interviewing in. Then, he takes their word as fact. This man is all about the parent with deep pockets, it is his only concern and will format his recommendations based on who can benefit him monetarily the most. When he was appointed as my child's attorney, after I had won a long fought 2 year custody battle, he immediately removed my 5 year old from our home. He separated siblings broke our family into pieces, and NEVER ONCE SAW MY CHILD IN PERSON let alone interviewed him. This attorney needs to be avoided at all costs.

A very bad attorney for children. If at all possible do not let this man represent your children. He will charge you and do nothing to help you or your children.

This lawyer represented my adoptive son 23 yrs ago, and I just ran across the name by chance. He very skillfully argued that our son, who was at that time a foster child, should not go back to a drifting, alcoholic, unemployed, single parent. My only regret is that we, as the child's parents did not also have a lawyer who could inform us on what kind of future our family would have raising a child with Fetal Alcohol Syndrome. It was exhausting, and it wrung us out. I love my adopted son, but it's sad to see that he also became an alcoholic drifter after we poured so much into raising him. Adoptive parents who are adopting out of a high risk pool of children (foster children) need lawyers, too.

I agree with the last rating...Laywer had asst to do footwork. The one we met asked the child 3 questions, assured a non-return to a dangerous parent, made other promises in reference to the childs well-being... maybe was there 10 minutes in all! What a way to come to a conclusion and how bizarre to find the child back in the parents possession. No witnesses questioned, no CPS compliants followed up on...No phone calls returned either. This office has proved to me that their attys & assts are incompetant, protecting no child from any dangerous/abusive & neglectful parent. Find a better group when you need help.

Practice appears to be exclusively from court appointments to represent children. Lazy, unprepared, Seems to know little of the details of the many cases his office staff throws together. Struggles with proper court room proceedure.
