After bragging where he went to law school I expected a competent attorney. When we first meet half the meeting was spent discussing what his fees are. I was not impressed with his skills. He seemed sincere but was unable to deliver what he had promised me. I would stay clear of this guy. Legal matters are to important to let someone unqualified to represent you.

Very knowledgable attorney- He was corecting judge (on the side, nicely, quetly), clearly presents your options, helps to resolve the issues. Highly reccomened!

Very bad lawyer. Ask for more and more money. He doesn't help the client only wants to take money from your pocket. Never go to his office !

Ihave used Mr Augustynski on on various issues. I have found him to be helpful and knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I do not find that his fees are high. I hate dealing wiht arogant attorneys. He is very down to earth. I have had great success with him. I have referred him to many people and they have all had a positive experience.
