this law office doesnt return calls or emails and when you show up to their office the attorneys are always in mediation so you never get to talk to them. if you do happen to speak or see a paralegal they lie thru their teeth that they are working on your case and when you ask to see the progress you will be disappointed.dont waste your time with the fears nachawati law firm. i had to let them go after there lack of response.

I reviewed the Chapter 13 contract agreement with this firm, to find they had left the 'total fee' space BLANK, only to denote the deposit/down payment amount. Stands to reason if they had entered $2500 on the line, I would NOT have signed on. The very young/green attorney on my case was border line lethargic. Always slow to return calls. NOW 3 yrs later, the firm is ignoring my requests for guidance and advice. NO CALLS RETURNED. NO EMAIL RETURNED. NOTHING...I am on my own. TAKE YOUR LEGAL NEEDS TO A FIRM THAT WILL DO WHAT YOU PAY THEM TO DO.

If you are looking for a company that has poor communication skills this is the one. This company is all about money. They take your money and do nothing for it . I would consider them criminals. You never can talk to anyone. The paralegal that was handling my case called me 50 mins. before court to make a decision. They do not keep you abreast of whats going on. I tried calling this company for a month and no one called me. I finally left a message for Mr. Fears and his secretary called me after my attempts to talk with my representive. Finally she calls and the phone had a bad connection which was on a friday. She calls me on Tuesday at 9.40 for me to make a decision on how to proceed in court at 10.30. How ridiculus is that. PUBIC BE WARE
