Extremely biased individual who lacks communication unless it is regarding money owed to him for a poor job on his part. This is one of the worst attorneys and parent coordinator out there. If he has rapport with the other party's attorney, he will rule in favor of them each and every time, despite whatever definitive phone calls, emails and text you have to prove otherwise. A pathetic individual with "little man" syndrome, also known as the Napoleon Complex. This man should not be in the position he is in.

Nice guy, but horrible communicator. Every call or contact every detail had to be rehashed/reviewed and little progress - Find someone who cares about your case

I have never in my life experienced something like this before. I contact the law firm in which Mr. Kronk called myself immediately. We spoke for an hour and I was more than pleased and excited that I had finally found someone that I was comfortable with and I knew would help. Well....over a 2.5 week period I left 5 voice mails, MULTIPLE emails to him as well as his assistant Lisa where she must have the same response for everyone "he is in court and will contact you when able". I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING BACK!

Initially Richard seemed responsive and showed compassion and interest in my case. Unfortunately, after some time he showed less and less interest and became unresponsive to calls and emails. I was left in the dark, not aware of past or current developments in my case in a timely manner. Agreements to file documents and to get things done were not happening, even after several reminders. So disappointed.

Do not use this man. In our initial meeting, he was great. After that, he refused to return phone calls or emails. He told us he had filed court documents, and then we learned he did not. We wasted a huge amount of time and money as we thought he was representing us, and it turned out he never did. We were terribly unimpressed with the entire lawfirm. The receptionists were useless and Kronk's assistant was just as bad as he was. How can you not have the decency to return a client's phone call??

Kronk is a down to earth guy with a great personality, is hard-working and reasonable. He is knowledgable and agressive in court. My emails and phone calls are not always returned immediately, sometimes for days when he is in court, but he does reply to all concerns...and worth the wait!

He has so many cases he forgets the facts of yours. He is not worth the money due to his poor performance and attitude.
