I would not recommend John. He was very difficult to get in touch with, I would call multiple times, leave multiple messages and it would feel like it took forever for him to get back to me. I had to go over his head with complaints. It truly felt like he couldn't care less about my case even though he lied right to me that he did care. I always felt like I had to chase him down and kept reminding him that he needed to schedule mediation. Because he was never on top of things, my mediation finally came so long after I was let go unfairly. Then when he did eventually get me a settlement, he took more money than the percentage that he promised me. He had lied to me that he was doing me a favor and would let me keep more than his usual fees. When I got my cheque and did the calulation I confronted him why it was much less that what he told me. He provided a calculation breakdown which was fine but was against what he had promised me, which just simply was a lie to begin with.
