I always appreciate his professionalism in the court room and in meetings. He has even once called us at 9 pm from home. However it can be very difficult to get in touch with him (that 9 pm call came after 10 days straight of no response to multiple emails/calls). He can be pretty expensive, however when I see him in the court room I usually remind myself it is worth it. Not someone to use though if you need more of a personal touch.
