Rod worked hard on a nontraditional case for us (father with primary placment and custody). He understood the implications of working within various jusridictions, remembered fine details in court, and conducted himself professionally. As with many lawyers it was sometime difficult to get in touch with him, but persistance paid off and he always called back. In the end, we won and were allowed to leave the state with the child, and Rod even followed up months later to see how we were doing.
