Does not care about the client. Only cares how much money he can get out of you. Would not recommend him to any of my friends, only my enemies.

Where to start? Dealing with Scott and his staff has been a nightmare. Staff is rude and the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Long story short, i have had a very SIMPLE case with him since 2004, the settlement check was sent to him over 5 months ago(yes,years later) and I yet to see my portion. I had a rude conversation with one of his staff today claiming money that I already paid and to find out that Scott decided to up his lawyers fee by 1%. Now since they "lost our records" we have to provide them with the receipts to get not only our settlement but all of which is owed. I decided to consult with another lawyer and was told that Scott is negligent and a fraud. I have never sued anyone in my life until now. I am now in the process of doing it again to claim my settlement from Scott.

His staff is lost most time and he forgets everything, court appearances, filing deadlines, etc. I thought I was divorced but he forgot to file the final paperwork or his staff did. Don't use this guy whatever you do.

I recently used Scott's law firm and was very happy with the results. He knows what he's doing and his rates are reasonable. I would definitely use him again. His staff is caring and efficient. However, what I most liked about Scott is he is fearless and ruthless when need be.

Small town guy that still values ethics and honesty. People working for him are great. They have been working with Scott for many years. They take the time to really understand the your situation and to find the best solution, not the most expensive solution.
The quality of the work produced is very good. He has good research people, that know how and where to find the information needed. They are good at extracting information from the nternet, through the use of various data-mining techniques.
By digitizing office paperwork, documents can be found and viewed in a matter of seconds, on any of the law office computers. This makes the law office more efficient. People aren't running around like headless chickens, looking for your paperwork. They don't have to go to a storage facility to find your old files.
In a world full of shady characters and money-sucking lawyers, there are still honest people out there - making an honest living.

went in to his office spent 100.00 on a contract that he wrote, he will not keep his end of the deal. do not use this person way over priced
