I have been working with Dennis Block and his wonderful staff for close to 40 years and have had great success due to their advice and guidance. They simply know what they are doing! At the end of the day, it's all about winning the case, or knowing that the case may have flaws. They lay it on the line and that's what we need. Great Law Firm!

We are working with Dennis Block's office for the 3rd eviction this year of 2016. You can always speak to an Attorney and get great advise for what not to do in the future. The trail attorney was amazing too. Very knowledgeable firm.

Used this firm 4 times to evict the worst tenants. Firm was very helpful. Fees were reasonable. They even called me after hours to update me on my case. Very happy.

Where do I begin? They charge for EVERYTHING, even when they are wrong (in serving tenant, for example). They drag their feet, overcharge for what they do, and never knew the facts of the case when I called to discuss. Also, DB and his employees are snide and rude.

I"m not sure how these lawyers get paid, but It must be based on how many charges they can raack up. The lawyer who represented me was late lazy and lost the case and the defendants did not even have a lawyer. I"m going to the bar association to file a complaint and get my money back they are a rip off. And when you call the office most of the people I"ve talked to are rude and nasty. He lost the case, I asked him what was his stradgy and he said he would object to everything the defendants brought up, yep , he objected nine times and was overruled eight times. The lawyer did not even know what was in him own companies lease. Which by the way the judge thought some of the items in the lease were illegal. And the lease does not apply to rent controlled properties

Every time I would call I got a different story from a different lawyer. They forgot our eviction for over 3 weeks, no apologies, nothing but more rude lawyers and more costs. Took over 3 months to remove our tenants. They do not return calls, but love to email you from ONE CORPORATE email never answering your questions.

his o.c office is full of foul mouth lying lawyers, if they are going to lie they should all have the same one...Important notice was to be served, said they had proof of service with 3 different dates, besides spelling name wrong the work they performed was all done after account was cancelled... and then padded the bill $55 over advertise cost, and would not explain the charges...have filed complaint with OCBA,,, not sure if anyone in office is a quailfied lawyer...probally all lying about that...they also have false advertising... take advice and stay clear of this firm...
