Gave this dude a $300.00 consultation check with "pay to the order" blank. He make out the check to himself and CASH'S it the next day. Does not credit my account. Statement says "NO CHARGE" for consultation. Gave $3000.00 retainer. Made some calls, a few letters and fax's almost $2000.00. Decided I don't need this so I write a letter requesting refund, he sends me letter advising me to let him keep retainer for future used, and BILLS ME 1/3 hour or $138.50 to read and review my request. This guy has one thing in mind, BILLABLE HOURS. TAKE your business elsewhere.

Steer clear of this attorney. This guy charged me 3K to simply make a phone call to put a matter off calendar. This unethical attorney also includes an interest schedule in his contract to be able to keep all your money and then also sends your account to collections for doing no work on your case. This is as low as they come.
