We were first time homebuyers and found Mr. Cohen to be extremely approachable, answered all of our questions, gave excellant guidance and really helped us navigate through a difficult transaction and what otherwise would have been a difficult time. His fees were average when we initially researched, but even more fair considering the amount of assistance. Can't possibly imagine the different experience the other person who rated poorly may have had.
