Bob is not a consistent performer. One day he is a blessing, and the next day a curse: my ch-7 was totally screwed up by missed deadlines and shoddy work product, even though he clearly has a superior knowledgebase. I hate to say it, but Bob just isn't ready for "prime time".

Really good bankruptcy lawyer. Very sympathetic. Sometimes hard to reach by phone, just be patient. Responds to email quicker.
