Welker was my 2nd attorney and he did more for me in one hearing than my first attorney did in the year before. He got my kids back and made my ex pay twice the support initially offered. I have recommended him to several friends and he has done a good job for them in both family law and criminal matters.

I hired Mark Welker in February to get me a protective order against a dangerous man as well as establish paternity so that we could terminate it. The case was not THAT difficult and he acted very confident about handling it. He put me off, made excuses and it is June and he FINALLY contacted me (after I got the State Bar involved) and asked for a second chance. I said I wanted my money back but have not seen it. He knows I'm a single mom, he knew I needed a protectiver order ASAP, he knows that it took me a long time to save the money I gave him and he THOUGHT he could get away with conning me. I would not hire him. He's a big talker with NO action. He has hurt my case and now it will be hard for me to get a much needed protective order for somebody who is angry at me for ever going to the police. I can't believe how uncaring a person can be! He gives attorneys a bad name.
