After a failed business venture I found myself in the worst situation possible. I talked to a couple of lawyers and did not think it was possible to get out from under the situation or it would be after many years. I found Alex on the internet and I stopped by Alex Wathen's office after 6:00 PM to see where it was. Not only was he still working he stopped what he was doing made time for me and counseled me on my options. For the first time someone listed to me and actually asked the right questions. He believed it would take months not years to help me through the legal process. A couple of weeks later on a Saturday morning he filed my case. Three months later it was over and I had a fresh start in my life. He explained what to expect, made sure all the filings were complete and answered every question I had. If he did not answer the phone immediately he usually called back the same day. I always knew what was going on but even better Alex Wathen did.

HE IS THE BEST! He is there when you need him he listens and then he will inform you of what your options are. I work in the legal field and I deal with atty's all day and I can say that he is well informed and he is always available when you need. I will reccommend him to all who needs him because if you are in a position where you need solid advice his the man to go to!

He's got guts. He stands up for you when you're under attack. He knows his stuff and gives you an honest picture of the possibilities and warns you of the risks involved. He will tell you that he cannot guarantee the outcome but he helps you to make an informed decision. He does charge a fair amount for his services but I think he is worth every bit of it!
