Not a pleasant experience. Recieved no accounting for monies expended, totals rec, and repeated requests went unanswered.. Mediation was a zoo atmosphere with Mr. Smith obviously not in control, mediater had to suggest possible actions on my behalf.. Learned of other cases pending and definitely felt by observations, conversations, that they were bigger $ makers...(personal opinion) In attys defense, he handled a second legal matter which I discovered was out of his area of expertise, due to $ on my part, I should have listened to his request of not wanting to handle the matter...spousal disagreement on using funds, and lacking funds, lesson is don't push an arrangement if one of the party is reluctent to participate...My rating on the personal injury case is based on opinion more effort could have been made , case was complicated but thats why you seek assistenance
