She is a good person but after you hire her you don't know what is happening to your case.She won't keep you informed.She won't even return your call or emails.I don't recommend her.It's very stressful.

Lana seems to be a nice person. However, she cares about the new busienss and when you become the client. She does not bother to communicate with you. It is very hard to reach her by either way. Most of time you have to work by yourself with no response. I chose her because I saw a high ranking in this website. However, it is very disappointing. I am not sure whether she has too many business to worry about or not and she never told me how to deal with the case except fill in the form, I have no idea about her knowledge skill. However the other items listing are not positive at all.
