DO NOT PAY HARVEY STIENBERG a dime. He was so bad that I needed to find a place to write this review to warn others. He took no initiative at all. Charged us to do all of his work. Had zero ideas. Harvey Stienberg did not plan anything out with us. Harvey was always very unresponsive after we paid him. Harvey did not keep us informed about anything. Harvey made it very clear that we were a nuisance every time that we called him. He was always very short and rude. We had to switch lawyers after trying to get him to do anything after a month. DO NOT waste your money or your time on HARVEY STIENBERG. You will be very disappointed like we still are.

Harvey told us that the case was a 'slam Dunk". But, he did nothing at the pretrial. He did nothing at different hearings. All he did was negotiate a plea deal for something that wasn't done. He plays cards with the DA's and is very close since he was a DA in his past. That is a tit for tat relationship... you give me this one... I will give you one. He is an awful communicator. He bills $500/hr and loads the billing with hours that do not match events. Don't use him... there are much better lawyers in Denver! Good Luck!

Much better layers available that actually do the case and work ethics to get the fact across to DA, Police,, Judges!

This is the worst lawyer that I have ever worked with. What this guy does is he allows young and new attorney rejects to handle his files while he is the front man. To many mistakes and this will cost you jail time, and lot's of money.

Harvey is one he'll of an atty! He ruled the court room. I've had several cases and been represented by several atty. None get the respect Harvey gets when he enters the court. He knows law point blank and his firm will defend you to the fullest. He is not an amateur or beginner. He is a seasoned vet who is not interested in selling you out for a deal. If there's a way to beat your case, your case WILL be dismissed. He is not lazy or a corner cutter. Harvey will examine every aspect of your case from police conduct, jurisdiction, conflicting statements, time frames, constitutional deprivationso, etc. Harvey will win and if your tired of half ass lawyers that don't know how to argue a statute or state your case, hire Harvey. When you need the big guns, call Harvey. More expensive than most but, you will have the DA by the nuts. Thank you harvey Steinberg for all you've done for me. You saved my marriage, my record, and set the frame work for a civil case that will make me rich. U DA MAN

My exsperince was he deffinently does not communicate well but he gets it done like no other! His presence in the court room is above all attorneys, his ability to quote law off the top of his head is genius. U can't make money in jail and the D.A knows in trial Harvey will bring it so they are most likely to give u a deal U can't refuse.

I was looking for a new attorney after dealing with a cheap attorney who was ineffective and had too many other cases to deal with. I was referred to Springer & Steinberg and Harvey Steinberg took my case. He seemed very busy and communication wasn't the strong point, however, he got my case dismissed. He told me from the start that he felt strongly that he could get my case dismissed and he did it!. I placed all my faith in him. Although, he was pricey, he was not the most expensive and he was well worth EVERY penny! I HIGHLY recommend.

Not worth the money. He loves his high profile clienits. But when he takes the money from us real folks we end up getting the bad plea deal. Never returns phone calls,you have no idea what is going on until you are at court. I wish our friend would never had hook us up with him.

Harveys great he got my son 15months in the county jail versa what the public defender wanted him to take a deal of 8 to 12 years in prison he is truly amazing I didn't know the law could work that way he charges high but well worth it and for those of u that he has lost your case well youcant win them all but its worth a try because he really does work miracales

Harvey is amazing! He is a very busy man, and may seem not to care or come off as rude, but when court comes he is a total rock star! I highly recommend him, if you can afford it, he is definitely worth every penny!

He will give you a price (high) to represent you and then will find a way to fill in the hours because he is likely to get a 'Plea' instead of going to trial. He says he has everything in his head but he didn't know the case and it cost years in prison.

I paid Harvey 30k. All I can say is the man is a genius, I was facing 7-10 years in prison and he got me 7 years ISP. During the first court appearances he was never around, but when it came down to negotiating he was there and he was the best. Very happy with my results

As soon as he got our check he changed from being attentive and positive to being unresponsive and rude. He is known for getting his clients to plea so he doesn't have to do any work. Not worth his inflated fees. Very unethical, unprepared in court, and difficult to deal with.

Absolutely worthless! Harvey will tell you anything to get your business. He was suppose to personally represent me. It was always one of his associates in court. The 'deal' they got me was the same deal the court would have automatically offered me. An absolute waste of time and money. Don't fall for it!

He got me to plea to a deferred judgment because he said my friend was all ready to testify against me. It turned out she ran from the police and still has an outstanding warrant. This left me with all the restitution! When I took the deal he said he would take care of the deferred part. When that time came around he said I would have to pay him an additional $1000! Horrible!

Harvey is a high profile lawyer with high profile cases in the Denver area. However, he delegated my case to a series of unresponsive and inexperienced paralegals, but was more than happy to charge full rates to take my case - and lose.
