Worst lawyer we could have hired. Lutz was always unprofessional and unprepared. He didn't even remember to bring a pen to the settlement conference! I would strongly recommend anyone to look elsewhere for a lawyer. Do not waste your time with this one.

this guy does nothing for you but take your money. Steer clear he has a horrible reputation and I wish I would have know before he stole my money.

Regardless of what I told him, he did what he wanted. Was trying to have a civil divorce with my ex and avoid trial, but he was determined to prepare for trial with all the accompanying billable hours that went along with it. Told me that $2,500 initial retainer would "just about cover" divorce proceeding. $4,500 later he was asking for an additional $3,000 and nothing was close to being settled. He advertises a lot, and he talks a good game to begin with, but by the time I took another route, I was much poorer. Had I not pulled the plug when I did, I would have been poorer still. I'd recommend staying as far away as you possibly can.

I've spens approx $10-15,000 in Attorney Fees and have nothing to show for it. His advice, which I took, may potentially cost me a great deal of money. No back bone/drive. Have to repeatedly ask Paralegals the same things over and over again due because they fail to answer your questions. Have had to send multiple emails answering the same thing 3-4 times meanwhile getting charged out to ying yang due to their incompetance. Don't waste your money. If children are involved, beware he does not fight for their best interest. The drive isn't there only a hand asking for more money.

Although the staff was OK the attorney hiself was much more interested in meeting my x-wife in court than he was helping the person who ws paying him (me). I did a majority of the leg work myself, including serving papers on my x. The outcome he negotiated was something I could have done myself too. Unless you want to throw your money away check for a more professional, qualified attorney and less of a horn dog.

Lutz initally took my $500 and then told the judge he was unprepared while he asked me to sit in the back of the courtroom. After taking my money, he suggested I find another lawyer. I finally did get a good lawyer and won my case. Stay far away from this con man.
