If you’re reading, be advised you would be better served contracting your dog to represent your interests as they are certain to do so more loyally than Ayo & Iken. I’ve paid $14,585 to realize this truth. I researched many firms and received a good impression from Ayo & Iken - my year as a client concludes that’s all it ever was, an impression. Since this was my first time requiring legal services, I resisted the stereotype that lawyers are greedy. Ayo & Iken fulfilled it. The longer they drag out your situation, the more they can charge, so there’s no incentive to be proactive or produce a resolution on a client’s behalf. Why would they self-injure their business coffers? I had little to no activity on my case for months. When I inquired to Howard Iken why my statement balance was so high when I hadn’t seen a return on representation, he cited I emailed too often about items I asked filed months ago. Avoid this place like the plague. They care nothing for justice.

I just want to say thanks to Mr. Howard Iken and his associates for making my legal matter a very professional and straight forward experience. When I first spoke with Mr. Iken, he was very friendly and offered a no-nonsense approach to my case. I had a consultation with Atty. Iken. I have to admit I was scared to even consider consulting an attorney. Mr. Iken is a very knowledgeable attorney; he clearly answers all my questions, and takes time to email me throughout my case to keep me updated. He is thorough in explaining my paperwork prior to my signature, and walks me through online tests that I had to take for my case. He is a very pleasant person, shows real interest in my case, not at all detached. He also explained my alternatives in my case, the cost of each choice, and, what each outcome would mean for me. Mr. Iken represented me for almost 3 years, even after I relocated from the Tampa area. From our first interview, I was thoroughly impressed and I always felt confident that Howard was in control of every issue that arose. He was readily accessible, quick to respond to my calls and messages and took the time to explain each issue that came up. I used Mr. Iken in for my divorce and I couldn't be happier with the choice I made. Both he and his staff were not only very professional, but also made me feel like I was a part of their "family". During a hard time like a divorce, that was very welcome. Having worked as an investigator and later in my career as a counselor for divorces gave me plenty of exposure to Lawyers. Therefore, I had a lot of resistance and fears of working with any lawyer. Therefore, I did thorough research and found Howard Iken. I must say that I have nothing but appreciation for him. His knowledge, expertise, and support are priceless. First of all he does not sell you a dream, in other words he is upfront and honest at all times. He has also been extremely assertive and a big advocate for my daughter and my rights as a father in the court room. Outside of the court room he has been extremely supportive, accessible, and informative at all times. Finally, someone willing to do the work required to win! I hired Mr. Iken from out of state, after two other attorneys failed to produce any meaningful results. He's tough and prepared to work for results. In weeks Mr. Iken has managed to do what the other two couldn't accomplish in months. I knew I had a valid argument and a winable case, I just needed someone as aggressive as the opposition. Finally! Mr. Iken listens to what I have to say, gives sound legal advice, and works hard. I think he studies legal material in his sleep! His fees are higher than other lawyers, but well worth every penny so far. Other attorneys have watched as all of my rights were trampled on, but Mr. Iken is speaking up and I finally have hope.
