I just want to say thanks to Mr. Howard Iken and his associates for making my legal matter a very professional and straight forward experience. I had a consultation with Atty. Iken. I have to admit I was scared to even consider consulting an attorney. I used Mr Iken years ago for my divorce and I came back to see if he did bankruptcy. He was the same as before. Patient nice and wanting me to be relaxed during the whole thing. My case went really well and Mr Iken was great the whole time. I would use him in the future

My husband and I are extremely happy we retained Mr Howard Iken as our Chapter 7 bankruptcy lawyer. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and treated us with respect. Mr Iken and his paralegal Teresa were always available to talk and answer questions the same day ,even our repetitive questions never making us feel that we were annoying. I used Mr. Iken in for my divorce and I couldn't be happier with the choice I made. Both he and his staff were not only very professional, but also made me feel like I was a part of their "family". During a hard time like a divorce, that was very welcome. Everything from the fees to my representation were all very clearly spelled out and did not change at all, which is a rarity from what I hear about other lawyers. I also appreciated the fact that for every question I had, I got a timely answer and, if needed, a detailed explanation if I did not understand. Having worked as an investigator and later in my career as a counselor for divorces gave me plenty of exposure to Lawyers. Therefore, I had a lot of resistance and fears of working with any lawyer. Therefore, I did thorough research and found Howard Iken. I must say that I have nothing but appreciation for him. His knowledge, expertise, and support are priceless. First of all he does not sell you a dream, in other words he is upfront and honest at all times. He has also been extremely assertive and a big advocate for my daughter and my rights as a father in the court room. Outside of the court room he has been extremely supportive, accessible, and informative at all times. In fact many times I would send him an email with a question and would be surprised to receive a response right away. After my past experiences working in the system he has shown me that there are excellent lawyers that truly are there for their client’s best interest.

Howard Iken handled my bankruptcy when I lost my business. Not only was he thorough and knowledgeable, he showed so much compassion and understanding at a very emotional time. He help me at every phase of the bankruptcy and took the time to go over each request for information. He was non-judgmental, direct, and very forthcoming. Even after several years I have been able to call his office and get copies of documents I've needed as I repaired my credit and went on with my life.

Finally, someone willing to do the work required to win! I hired Mr. Iken from out of state, after two other attorneys failed to produce any meaningful results. He's tough and prepared to work for results. In weeks Mr. Iken has managed to do what the other two couldn't accomplish in months. I knew I had a valid argument and a winable case, I just needed someone as aggressive as the opposition. Finally! Mr. Iken listens to what I have to say, gives sound legal advice, and works hard. I think he studies legal material in his sleep! His fees are higher than other lawyers, but well worth every penny so far. Other attorneys have watched as all of my rights were trampled on, but Mr. Iken is speaking up and I finally have hope.
