Brad Tilton is always the most amazing attorney. He is very honest and upfront about what to expect. He fought for me during my case and won. He worked very hard and was very straightforward from the get go. He always called me back even if it was at night or the weekend. He went above and beyond for me. If I never need a family law attorney Brad is who I’ll go to. Highly recommend!!

Will lie to court, commit fraud, steal, ignore abuse, he also lies to IRS about his income. He is a tax evader and brags about it. He hates women. His own wife wanted out. Can't blame the broad. He was a real tool in my case. Incouraged fighting between my ex and I. All h bout is getting paid as long as possible.

Helped me in my divorce case that was pretty ugly. He was able to get me my visitation when my wife was refusing to let me see my kids. Took a very stressful situation and made it bearable. Thanks Brad!!!

Brad and his firm got me out of a tough situation. He was able to come to a resolution with the other attorney in an enforcement issue that was fair. He was pretty straight forward with my case and gave me reasonable expectations. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a family lawyer.

He talks a good game, takes your money and then you can't reach him. The only time they ever try to contact us is when they want more money. Thanks to this guy my family is breaking apart. Makes BIG promises but delivers little result.

DO NOT USE or you will pay dearly for the mistake! Poor customer service skills, arrogant, and lost both the cases we hired hi, to do because he didn't do homework and showed up to court unprepared. Won't return calls unless he wants money, doesn't return calls, emails, texts. Horrible lawyer

Had concerns due to above complaints, but gave him a try. Big mistake. Came off good at first meetings, but then could not get in touce with him. Had to get another lawyer to take over the case and undo his incompetence. Very unprofessional. I think the good ratings must be from himself or his friends. Please stay far away so you do not waste your time and money. You have been warned.

This attorney does not return phone calls his office lies. Very poor service would not recommend him to anyone. He use to be good but now he is terrible. Paid him money and months later still hasn't done nothing for my case

Brad's a good lawyer who helped me in my divorce case. He was quick to get my divorce finished and it was quick and painless. I have referred numerous friends to him and they all have good things to say. I gladley refer this lawyer.

This attorney would not return my calls. He did not advance my case as I was pleading for assistance to have a hearing. I found out from my wife of other issues which he received letters and notice and never informed me. I did not even know my court date. He took my money and didn't attempt to get me any remedy. I am playing catch up now and racing against deadlines on discovery items. I will be filing a state board complaint once I get documents together.

Overall, he seems to be a smart and possibly talented lawyer. However, it's hard to determine due to my poor experience with my case. His office is highly unresponsive and seems inept...on numerous occasions I was asked for basic information that was previously given, e.g. change of address. Brad himself, responded within 4 days to at least half my emails sent directly to him...all in all not as bad as I would have imagined. Emails to his staff were rarely returned or acknowledged at any level...unless it was related to my paying them. He (or his staff) seemed to lack attention to detail as there were several different instances of wrong information being put on the SAPCR. I also never got to review the final SAPCR and never received a copy of the final entered SAPCR even though the office promised to mail it to me...I ended up buying my own copy from the court. I think my simple (though long and drawn out) case was extremely low priority for him.

Brad was a fantastic lawyer and in the court room he was great. I was able to see my grandkids again and the judge even complemented on how organized he was. I would use him again for any legal help I might need in the future.His staff was fantastic also. I highly recommend him.

Brad has helped me navigate my ex's insanity more than once. He generally responds to email or phone calls in a timely manner. His billing is fair and his bill rate is reasonable. I highly recommend him.
