I can't tell you how refreshing it is to have an amazing attorney by your side like Carl. He is very transparent, up front, clear and he communicates well. Over all its the best experience I've ever had with an attorney.

Hired for my divorce in 2009. At first, I was unsure about him. But man did he ever come through. My divorce was a nasty one. He got me everything plus in the end. I had to learn that I needed to understand how he communicates/operates. I can't say enough good things about him and how he handled my case.

Everything he said would happen, did happen. Worth every penny. I can see how the process could wear on some but to hold a grudge years later, tells me something about the post.

Took 5k, went to court once. He is rude, argumentative, and will spend all your money with no results. Then wants more money. Should of been a simple case. A year later, still emailing and calling him with no response. And he uses your time and money to talk about his other clients with you. Don't hire him, it's a mistake.

Hired him in 2007 for my divorce. He didn't agree with what I wanted so instead of telling me that he just decided to ignore all my calls, e-mails and even a certified letter and do nothing on my case for several months. When I filed a complaint with the state bar with all the proof that he didn't respond for months, he lied to the state bar! Horrible attorney, would never recommend!

Hired him December 2013 after my wife ambushed me while I was offshore. His guidance and advise was a tough pill to take. After removing my emotions I did EXACTLY as was instructed. How many guys can say they kept the house, and shared parenting of their kids? When the cards are stacked against you (especially working offshore), you need Carl on your side.

This "lawyer", and I use the term loosely absolutely SUCKS as does his associate. I hired him in 2008 for a divorce and he made all kinds of promises of fighting for me. He didnt do anything that he promised. Very unprofessional, never answered the phone nor returned calls but was sure to charge every little fee he possibly could. Him and his worthless associate gave me divorce papers to review and all they did was copy paste from someone elses divorce and even still had the other peoples names and property in the paperwork. I had to get him to go through and correct it all and then had the nerve to try and charge me for the time it took to correct it. During the mediation, his worthless associate came and just spent time texting on the phone, couldnt and didnt have the knowledge to argue or fight for me at all. In the end, I refused to pay him and ended up negotiating half of the original amount. RUN from this ****.

WOW, I wish I had read this before I hired this guy. What a waste of my money, I hired this guy to be my divorce lawyer I explained to him that I wanted to fight for more than a standard divorce, all he did was take the easy way out. At mediation he couldn't make it so he sends a lawyer from his firm that all he did was text on his phone and gave in to whatever my ex-wives attorney asked for. When we met all hi did was tell me stories about his life and charged me for that time. What a waste of my money, he came highly recommended, boy do I regret hiring him. I found it very unprofessional when he scolded a fellow team member of his firm in front of me, but over all I would NOT recommend this lawyer for a divorce at all. WALK AWAY!

He did the same thing to me.He took my money and I never heard from him until I initiated contact almost a year later and requested my unused funds back.Thats when he wanted me to come to his office and talk, but I had already made up my mind that he was not the attorney for me. He then said I was billed for some stuff he had done that I didnt know about. So he kept a little of the money. He even emailed me today 1/12/12 to say I posted the last comment on this site, Im glad he did because I didnt know anything about this site. Thanks for making me aware. I do hope people stay clear of this guy, lawyers are supposed to help people not take their money and leave them without proper representation. He said that he was going to sue me for slander. Im just telling the truth and from the look of things so are a few other clients or victims shall I say.

I gave Carl $300.00 to look over a non-compete agreement. He turned the duties over to an employee who left his firm shortly after my visit. All my paper work was lost and resent. Carl had absolutely no interest in resolving this matter. Considering he was my attorney during my custody case , it was very disheartening. I left multiple messages and emails with no reply. I can only assume Carl has one thing on his agenda.... and it's not my best ineterest or yours !! R.F.
