I retained Chris 4/1/2015 for a child custody matter. Despite my constant requests that he stop settlement attempts with opposing counsel and request a court date, Chris allowed the matter to drag on for nearly two years. He didn’t even start preparing a case until 12/19/2016 – the day before trial! I was not at all surprised that he failed to legally prove the required substantial change in circumstances – especially after realizing he had not even reviewed current relevant case law. However, claiming a “medical emergency” to avoid speaking with me after the judge’s order was issued, and then failing to contact me since to finish the case (issue of attorney’s fees has not yet been heard) has absolutely confirmed to me what an incompetent attorney he is.

He can talk a lot but that is only because he is trying to make sure you are educated and clear about what he is trying to do. Really a great guy, who wants to help his clients in the smartest way possible. I've been very happy with him for the last several years on several different issues with my ex. I would recommend him to anyone.
