Pads his bills in an understatement. He is condescending, arrogant, misrepresented my case that has cost me 2 more yrs in court, unethical, and I'm not alone as there are other complaints regarding his conduct and bill.

My wife and I have used the services of Bill Kort on numerous occasions when we needed advice about property issues, drawing up a will and business matters. He's excellent at listening and can zero right in on the best course of action to a problem. We highly recommend him.

This guy is a fraud, he is there just to rip you off and he is a piece of work. He tells jokes about you and your case behind your back a real professional.... stay away plus he dosn't have a clue what he is talkin about and really pads his bills
