As the president of an organization that has been helping homeschooling families for nearly 20 years, I have seen the work of quite a few attorneys. I have NEVER seen one as knowledgeable, aggressive, sincere, and effective as Lanis. One of the families with whom we are working now hired a local attorney and squandered $8K on him before finding Lanis. Within a few days of taking their badly mishandled case, she had filed more than a dozen overdue motions with the court, and changed the entire tenor of the adjudication, throwing light on the egregious misconduct of the county. Do not let the all 5 rating that I gave her lead you to discredit my evaluation as flippant; I believe she truly is exceptional in all 5 areas.

Lanis Karnes is wonderful. She is one of the best. Though I had plenty to use against my spouse I made it clear that I wanted to just split everything 50/50, and she worked with both me and my spouse to help us do exactly what I wanted. She is a wonderful person and a GREAT attorney. She is one of the best!
