no contract my mistake - trusted him at his word my mistake - was assured by him he knew how to handle my house sale. Had to chase him to get info about what was going on. everything was left to the last minute No communications about extra charges at all and when paying me out took his fees without approval. When I reminded him of our verbal agreement for payment he said did you get that in writing? do not trust or use this Lawyer you will loose money and not get what you agreed on. It has been over a month since the close of the housse he still has not sent em a statement of account or paid out the utilities that he took extra money for. Very poor business practice.
