Horrible lawyer. Extremely rude, arrogant and condescending. Not a good listener, not very knowledgeable and didn’t have any concrete strategy for my case. Was far more interested in sending out multiple retainer agreements, then having his dumbbell assistant call and email repeatedly to make sure payment was remitted. By far the worst lawyer I’ve ever dealt with.

good to have a list of all past references from the past 10 years without holes in the timeline. Always check BBB.

Been there one time. Gave retainer fee. Then called for additional funds. When I questioned this, I was threatened by his receptionist. Stating that they would drop me as a client, I might end up in court for not acting upon notice properly. In other words, I paid them $350.00 to be 'frightened', and worrysome. Told to come in to ask verbally for permission and pay money for this privledge. AND HE WAS RECOMMENDED by another lawyer, Joseph Regan, Whitestone, NY.

This guy will talk a good game but does not deliver or know what he is doing. Thinks very highly of himself. Bad value for the money
