I was given her name as a person to call originally but I hired another lawyer before calling her. Before COVID, I went to Court to watch my lawyer argue a motion on my case. He didn’t know I was there. He wasn’t prepared and I lost. I wasnt’ happy. Before my case, I watch Benesha argue another case. She was the most prepared there. I fired my lawyer and hired her. We finished my case last month and I couldn’t be happier.

This lawyer is a bad judge of character. She will put parties against each other. When appointed an ad litem by a court and paid by the state she will try to extract money from you through the courts and from you to approve your divorce! Don’t hire her!!

Benicia takes a little getting use to, but she did a fantastic job representing me in a difficult case that went on for years. My ex was a liar and tried to twist the truth to suit the needs of her case, but in the end, she got nailed and had to pay big bucks to her attorney and she had to reimburse me for Benecia’s work. Benicia is a great communicator, but be advised, she works late.

I came to her when I was certain my life was over. I was a mess. I needed help with everything. She convinced me to do a few things I really didn’t want to do and I am happy I listened. For the first time in years, I felt (and still feel) empowered to stand up for myself and my family.

You won't find a more dedicated attorney. She refused to let me give up when my ex kept telling me I was useless and a waste as a mother. She really cares about her clients.

She actually cared about me as a human being. Months after the case was over and long after her bill was paid, she sent me an email checking up on me. I wasn't just a "check" to her -- I know I truly mattered. I have dealt with 3 other law firms and Benecia is the last one for me.

HAVE USED SEVERAL LAWYERS IN CHILD CUSTODY BATTLES AND AFTER 2 FAILING SHE DID WHAT SHE PROMISED,HER BEST,WAS STARIGHT FORWARD NO FALSE PROMISES.WAS THE BEST I HAVE EVER USED AND I HAVE USED FAMILY LAW ATTORNEYS FOR THE LAST 10 PLUS YEARS, SHE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST

She is corrupt and should be disbarred. She was taken off of my custody case as guardian ad litem because she had personal connections to the other party. A good, ethical lawyer would have recognized the conflict of interest rather than taking the case on for a family member. She did not have the best interest of my child in mind, but rather her own.

I am amazed as to what she did for my wife. I had heard she was pro-husband but after meeting her, I think she is just pro good-parents and wants her clients to be better parents. Pam and Michelle are also great too. She is worth her fee. Many lawyers are cheaper but we hired them before -- you get what you pay for. Also - I can't count how many emails my wife received at 3am following up on an issue. Truly a dedicated group there.

My son was thrilled with her. She took the time to listen and explain everything. He met with 4 lawyers besides this one and she was the only one who took the time to teach him how not to lose custody of his son.

Benicia was recommended by another attorney as being able to handle my difficult divorce. She was very knowledgable, and creative when faced with difficult challenges. I definitely recommend her.
