Terrible communicator. Doesn't return calls.Would rather go fishing than conduct business. Sloppy business-wise and person-wise.Why the state continues to send him cases is a mystery, but hey, it appears that they are aiding and abetting "hopeless cases" that go on forever and guys like Gardner can keep collecting their fees and the court keeps scheduling more hearings.

After watching Mr. Gardner for several days, I now know the source of "stupid lawyer" jokes. He is the quinesential example of how to degrade the image of his profession. Not only is he poorly groomed, he comes equipped with an ability to offend anyone with values.He chided some folks for attending a church, registering to vote, and communicating with their elected representatives. His prime goal appeared to be delaying the process as long as possible so as to accrue the largest amount of "billable hours" at the taxpayers expense. Regarding his ethics?.....NONE!

My review was based on watching Mr.Gardner in action. I thought that the object to help a child in any circumstance was to look out for all childrens well being. I saw first had that with this lawyer it was not the child he was looking after but his own interests, what would benifit him and his entire group. In my eyes and I know many of you would feel the same, a child belongs with his or her biological family before any outsider, but not Chris Gardner.

Rated so because he doesn't know what he's doing.Gets testy to the point of orneriness with witnesses and borderline so with the judge. Makes you wonder how did he ever got through law school, because of his ineptness and sloppy manner.
