Nick did the trial in my case and I was found not guilty. I wasn't sure if we was gonna win but he really did an awsome job. I would never go to anyone else for trial work. Thanks Nick

During initial consult Nicolas seemed willing to fight for me and knowledgeable. I told him I intend to fight this and no plea short of dropping the worst charge would be acceptable. Fast forward to first pre-trial hearings, he was 35 minutes late! A week later I get a notice of "change of plea" in the mail. Without consulting me he hatched a deal with the DA for me to plead guilty to a reduced charge of the original charge...which I stressed was not acceptable. After expressing my displeasure with this, he dropped his representation of me, saying I had filed a complaint on him with the bar, which I have not.
