Stay away! Very neglectful and unprofessional. Doesn’t even care to spell names correctly. The worst demeanor and attitude I’ve ever seen in legal professionals. Doesn’t even have a basic knowledge of subject matter. Complete rip off and waste of my time and money!

I agree with the prior post. Initially, he spoke a good game, but once he had my retainer, game over and I was basically ignored. Terrible experience. Made a stressful situation so much worse and appeared to work against me.

I was asked to review this attorney and I can most emphatically state I had a horrible experience with this man. He was very eager to take my retainer, but once the check was cashed, he seemed to disappear. The other side had an aggressive knowledgeable attorney and I felt I was at an extreme disadvantage because I had Mr. Gerber. I finally had to discharge him and hire another attorney. It was a horrible, stressful experience.

The worst of the worst. Completely messed up my case, didnt return calls. the only thing he does is bill. I can not recommend Jody Gerber at all!!!

I am puzzled as to why anyone would give him a good review. He did not do a good job for my case. I did not like him at all.He just cares about charging you and not about settling cases.

I don;t know who would write such a negative review. Maybe it was the other side. All I can state is that he did an excellent job representing me in my difficult case. He took over for another attorney who had screwed up and was able to resolve both the custody and financial issues in my favor.
