Pulled out of the case two days before and tried to pawn me off on another lawyer. I was left on my own. They were simple motions and he left me hanging. He seemed fearful of the opposing counsel calling him very agressive and said I'd be better of with someone who could handle the opposition. I ended up on my own due to the short time period left to find another lawyer after counting on Attorney Rizzi and suffered greatly for his apprehensions of opposing counsel.

He is honest and straight forward. Can't ask for anything more in an attorney. Knows his criminal law!!

Marty is an ex cop and an excellent lawyer. When he enters the court room everybody says hi to him so he is well known. I was in a bad situation and he handled things very well.

I echo what was said previously. Marty Rizzi gets results. He is realistic, affordable, smart, and knows what he is doing. I would recommend him to anyone I know.
