OK. It's been months and months since I hired this attorney and PAID him up front. He promised to go after my ex and make sure he began paying. The case was soley to make sure he paid a debt he owed me. Also to go after what he was hiding in stocks as he didn't give me what he was supposed to give. All I get from this attorney is I haven't worked on your case. Oh, I should get on your case. The only thing he has done to date is take the case to court and what was owed ended up being lessened as a "deal" so my ex could begin paying. Still, it's been more then four months since that hearing and nothing but excuses. He is too expensive and is slow. Gives you excuse after excuse. The only cases he goes after are those he can squeeze money out of. He sees I have no more money to be squeezed and though he hasn't given me the time for the amount of money paid, he is just giving me a deaf ear and absolutely no results in this case. I'm praying that he does something soon or I'll lose my home.

David was great. He went after my ex with both guns. He was always available to talk to me, even on the weekends when I was having trouble. He even came over with the police when my ex showed up at my house to cause problems. The other side tried to drag things out, but he pushed ahead. Price wise, he's not cheap, but he's worth every penny. I ended up with more than my ex, so the cost was worth it.
