i retained PETE MILLIS but he turned my case over to MICHAEL DELLIGATTI, from then on it was a nightmare,it was more like he represented my husband.leaving him in contempt(allowing him to not pay the mortgages,with no backbone at all) until everything was lost.allowing my husband(at the time) to go through most of oursavings,30,000,00.(even though my x could afford to pay for the mortgages, he blatently refused,then MICHAEL DELLIGATTI practically forced me to release money from the savings (usuing my disabled daughter stating("you need to keep a home for tracy')then after the savings had been withdrawn he mismanaged the funds and did not apply these savings on the house allowing my husband to get behind in our mortgage (a total of 19 months)our home was forclosed on and i and my disabled daughter to be homeless.for the first time,i was horrified!also losing savings,campsite and lot.and dragged the divorce out for 4and1/2 yrs.because i trusted PETE MILLIS and MICHAEL DELLIGATTI.BEWARE!
