I DO NOT recommend this south Charlotte firm. We had a REALLY bad experience, papers not ready, closing costs not figured until the morning of closing, a lost check and terrible communication. The seller was forced to have a "Dry Closing" due to the lawyer not being prepared. Don't make the same mistake we did, please interview lawyers & firms before hiring one. Don't be intimidated by the title of "Attorney". For what is probably the largest purchase of your life, take your time and hire someone who is competent. Thank you.
