Absolutely horrible judge. Probably, your worst nightmare, when it comes to your children, family, and divorce. He does not listen to the facts, evidence,or concerns. He can't a person is innocent or truth. If it landed on his head. He has memory loss, maybe it's due to his old age or maybe he's just plain ignorant. He truly doesn't care, instead of putting folks through more trauma and pain. Why not just quit? Because you don't act like a judge. A devil in disguise.

POS. OLD MAN THAT IS DOING A MAJOR DISSERVICE TO CHILDREN, AND TARNISHING THE RESPECTABLE NAME AS AN HONORABLE JUDGE! HE SHOULD NOT BE ON THE BENCH-HOW CAN WE GET HIM REMOVED? HE'S RUINING CHILDREN'S LIVES. HE NEEDS TO BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR HIS RECKLESS ACTIONS.

It’s unconstitutional that judge mark Millard is still in the bench deciding cases. He rips apart women petitioners/respondents and openly calls women lawyers “emotional messes” on the record. He doesn’t consider the facts of any cases. He favors men in general and has even given full legal custody to a bipolar father who held the mother and child at knife point, resulting in the arrest and jail time of father. Yet judge Millard didn’t consider the facts or the case and awarded father legal custody. In another case, fathers male lawyer was 45 minutes late. Judge Millard waited for said lawyer despite pissing and moaning about his crowded calendar, never reprimanded male lawyer but cutoff woman lawyer who waited 45 minutes to present her case, telling her to go cry outside and not be emotional. Judge Millard needs a spanking and removal from the bench.

He didn't listen to the facts in the case even when he was reminded of them, didn't make a support ruling utilizing any guidelines or rules, and postponed the case for 18 months for any reason he could. If for some reason he does not like you or your attorney, you are better off dropping the case and not waste your time with him

Gave 50/50 custody for child under 2 yrs old. Further gave 21 days of full temporary custody to petitioner, father, with abduction plan without any evidence of plan to abduct the child. No notice was given to respondent's attorney of such action. Petitioner then refused the mother/respondent any visitation with child. Judge refused to hear an exparte after 14 days of not knowning where her daughter was and still no visits or contact with daughter after 17 days. Petitioner/father has known history of snakes, marijuana use, hit and run accident, constant defaming mother claiming mental illness with absolutely no history of such. Judge Millard showed concentrated efforts of bias after child repeatedly reported being terrorized by snakes, dark rooms with men that told her to take her clothes off and touch their private area. Child told police officers, social workers and doctors/nurses. Judge Millard has turned a deaf ear to the neglect this father has imposed on the child.

This judge rushed my brothers very serious change in custody order through without allowing ALL testimony and facts to be heard. We waited 2 months for a hearing. He was overbooked,wasted time sending the parties to mediation because the mother didn't bother to show up to a phone conference when ordered, trailed it to afternoon, then trailed it to the next morning,and was still too busy to actually hear it. When he finally squeezed it in, he insisted the attorney only take 1hr, when she needed at least 2, or it would have been trailed again. Parties and witnesses flew in from out of state. We were tring to change physical custody of a minor child who's mom has allowed her to be sexually abused, moved her out of state without permission, has been evicted or moved 5 times in 12 months, and has been living with the child in a motel & homeless shelter. He determine it wouldn't be right to remove custody from the mom just because she's poor and "has made bad life decisions" Disgusting!

judge millard is the the best judge I ever want for my family law case,he never be in favor if you have attorney or you have plenty of money if you did bad thing to your wife then he will decide no matter what you have 3 lawyers and your wife doesn't he is the oldest judge and he already knew if your husband is telling a lie...even you will go to shelter bring your kids for safetiness still he will think there is a problem why wife took kids to shelter.dont be afraid to go to court if you think you doesn't have a lawyer with you,dont afraid if mother stays in the shelter this wont help your husband to get the full custody

During the trial he attended to other business while evidence was presented and when called upon to render a legal decision based on the motions from counsel, he had to review the transcripts to make decision on the motions because he wasn't paying attention during trial.

I find it so hard to believe that this is the same Mark Millard that I had to go before with my case in family law. I had him back in 2007 and also 2 days ago and both times the father of my child submitted 7 page declarations of nothing but lies making me out to be a drug addict, abusive and neglectful to my daughter and just a POS. i even had prior drug charges (been sober since may 6, 2004) and he still saw through the BS and gave me primary care of my daughter. even the 2 cases he did before mine yesterday he was extremely thorough with making sure he based his decision on the evidence provided and not siding with one side or the other. I even wrote a letter letting him know what a respectable and good judge i thought he was. strange. im curious to see any other reviews he gets now.

HE SENT A 16 YR OLD GIRL TO HER STEPFATHER AND ALLOWS THEM TO LIVE IN A ONE BEDROOM APT AND WILL NOT FORCE THE STEPFATHER SHOW HIS INCOME THE X HAS TO PAY CHILD SUPPORT AND ALIMONY AND HE GAVE THE CHILDS DEATH BENIFITS OF HER DAD TO HIM INSTEAD OF THE MOTHER WHO WORKS AND IS NOT BAD HE HAS NOT WORKED IN 13YRS AND STILL SLEEPS WITH HIS 12 YR OLD SON AND BATHS HIM AND THE JUDGE SAYS HE DOES NOT WHAT TO HEAR IT SO NO HE IS BAD AND THEY HAVE BEEN TO COURT 73 TIMES IN 5 YRS AND WHEN THE CHILD WANTED TO TALK HE SAID NO WHEN THE CHILD LAWYER SAID SHE WOULD BE BETTER WITH MOM OR GRANDPARENTS HE SAID NO SO AS A JUDGE HE IS NO NO NO GOOD TO ANYONE HOW MUCH MONEY DOES IT COST FOR HIM TO RULE FOR YOU INSTEAD OF AGAINST

Totally ignores evidence and testimony. Rulings are completely inaccurate when it comes to dates, etc. Very biased towards women, or maybe just towards whoever he decides to favor. When tax returns are submitted into evidence and he ignores them, instead stating that "the respondant's testimory was not compelling" something is wrong. IT'S DOCUMENTED IN BLACK AND WHITE!!! What's to "compel?!?!?! Ex wife changes jobs over 2 years after his stated date of separation of a 16 month marriage (3rd for both), then she loses that job 10 months later and he orders spousal support be paid? I can't even describe what a horrible experience I've had twice with this Judge! He refuses to read court ordered child investigations, yells about how dysfunctional parents are and makes comments like "you better hurry up, i have a plane to catch in 5 mins." and "get out of here, go figure it out (referring to vacation schedule) or I'm going to order a week on week off during the summer!" I have 80% custody and the father is a convicted felon with 3 dui's and I am a teacher. Please help, Judges work for the people and are intended to "help" families with the custody process. No one wants to be in family court! If this wasn't a last case scenerio, no one would subject their children to this judge!

As a direct result of this moron's ineptitude in the Seagondollar case, in which the Fourth Appellate District overturned his grossly flawed ruling, other unethical Orange County judges/commissioners are now a bunch of sleazy **** cowards and refuse to order greatly needed Evidence Code Section 730 Evaluations because of their own fear of being reprimanded as Millard was. This has resulted in innocent children being subjected to abuse by unfit and deadbeat parents who could care less about their children while the concerned parent struggles with trying to prevent further damage to the kids as a direct result of the courts refusal to help. Millard should be removed from the bench along with the other cowardly Orange County judges/commissioners who refuse to act responsibly because they're too concerned about their own skins, rather than attending to the very real needs of abused children. Millard and his colleagues are scum.
