She is a criminal herself along with many others in the California court system. If you look into her information you will see that she has many Synthetic Aliases, and is a part of a very large criminal network that is committing Synthetic Identity Theft (Frankenstein ID's look it up on YouTube to learn more; Transunion has more info on this) which is thriving on not only many many people in California also look her up on people search but also across the whole country. Besides her there are many others involved which include lawyers the Orange county city clerk (if you are in Real Estate please look to the fraudulent Deed work this person files on a regular basis) I have been spending about a year investigating this information on her and many others involved and it goes as high as the States Attorneys General. It does NOT matter if you are male or female with her it ONLY matters if you are someone who has had the personal information compromised by this criminal organization.

Unfortunately, Renee Wilson was our Family Judge. I am a single father of a child with a neurological disorder, caused by substance abuse. Okay the child care system doesn’t work well I get that. This lady embodies everything that is wrong with CA social services. An over paid, incompetent, lazy, extremely biased, bureaucrat who does not care how her derelict of duty affects families. I informed Wilson my son’s mother is abusing drugs and alcohol and she denied my request for a drug test, court investigation & to meet at a police station. Moreover, she did grant a restraining order against me based on circumstantial evidence ignoring the obvious signs of substance abuse in court. Jesus, my sons mother comes to court hung over and has been yelling at every hearing and mediation. So basically helping his mother exploit our child to enable her continued drug use. We’ve had a temporary restraining order for 1.5 years! I do not believe she retired. She probably got fired for incompetence.

I have appeared multiple times in front of Commissioner Wilson on my divorce case. She is a great judge --fair, direct, listens to all sides, and puts a lot of thought into her decisions. You can tell she enjoys her job, wants to do the right thing for the people who are getting a divorce, and cares about the outcome. You don't feel like you're just a number -- but instead like you are talking to someone who has a vested interest in making things fair for everyone. She also keeps it light in her courtroom--which is much appreciated due to the sometimes contentious nature of the cases.

Does not look at evidence because she wants to "go home early". I do not think she read the full police report. Does not care about the personal safety of the people looking for protection, be they woman or child. Seems to let her politics get in the way of her performance to the point where she believes and does not research inaccurate information. She gave my ex leniency as a combat veteran with PTSD and a first time offender when he is neither, but did not fact check, simply believed my ex. Believed the "witness" he brought with him, who falsified and altered his entire story multiple times. Will disregard a person without a lawyer in favor of someone with one, even if they're wrong. Lets my ex present evidence, does not look at mine. Would not let me speak, or hear my side properly, but heard his just fine. Refuses to get my special needs child a minor's counsel when he has been personally requesting supervised visitation with the sheriff the entire time. Too much bs to write.

Renee Wilson allowed me to be humiliated in court back in April when I tried to get a permanent restraining order against my abusive ex boyfriend. I had a TRO and I provided over 70 pages of evidence that she barely glanced at. The trial lasted less than 5 minutes. My ex laughed at me and she joined him in laughing. His parents shouted at me from the benches and she allowed every bit of this chaos. She denied the restraining order based on too little evidence, even though she didn't look at it or let me use an affidavit (my witness was not able to physically appear). If you get this commissioner, move your trial. You do get that option and many other women took it. Now I know why.

I am a single mom with three children and wanted to say that I had a good three day experience in court with commissioner Wilson. Our divorce was expensive and I hated the process. I was always made to fear the judge. We negioteated at least 25 times, and every time I gave up something to get our divorce finished. I wish that I would have stood firm and gone to court sooner. Good luck to you in this terrible time. You will get through it.

I had the honor in being at her court house and having My Life and future based on that decision she was going to make in the hands of A judge that she deserve to be saluted for the person she is and from her looking and reading everything and understanding and absorbing my case, I am speechless on how can I think A judge like her for taking the time and absorbing my case in every angle of it and making an honest fair decision .. So I will salute you and Say (God bless you for this country)

Renee Wilson awarded a BS restraining order to my ex who I have been separated from for 4 years that INCLUDED my 4 year old daughter for no real reason. My ex assaulted me after staying out all night and coming home eyes dilated clearly on drugs, I put my arm up to stop her after she slapped me about 20 times. I might as well have punched her and broke her nose with the judgement this lady gave me. Not only that she took away my custody I fought for, in a different county my ex tried this kind of thing 6 ocassions, instigating a fight to get an order after I won custody and I went to court all times and proved my case. I did here and she agrees first day, my ex brings a "witness" my mom who I haven't seen in years and is on drugs/tries to extort me for money and believes everything they both say without looking at our old case or letting me explain my relationship to mother or pass cases and she puts ME into battery and drug and alcohol classes

Commissioner Renee Wilson was unfortunately who my child custody case was assigned to. When you enter the courtroom as a parent, you are there for your child's well being. To Commissioner Wilson, you are just a number. Never have I seen a person hold such a high position, handling such delicate cases seem less engaged in her job. During our case, she wouldn't look up as our attorneys were talking, instead she was constantly preoccupied with her paperwork on her desk. When either attorney would object, she would have to go back and look at the court reporters notes to make a ruling. Then, when my attorney was trying to get her to listen to important facts, she threatened to give my ex full custody if my attorney kept repeating himself. I was in such disbelief that to get my attorney to stop talking she threatened to take my child away. Who plays games like that with a child's life simply in an effort to wield her power. These are peoples lives she plays with. We are not just some case #

Judge Renee Wilson seems to not do her homework with regards to her assigned cases. I was given life long alimony after 21 years of marriage and 4 children, because I gave up our home and car to my ex husband in exchange for the alimony until I remarried or death of either of us. So twenty eight years latter my ex takes me back to court and has transferred his business into his domestic partners name and lied and said he was retired and only had a very small social security check. Judge Wilson did not or would not really look at the original court documents or listen to any thing I had to say so she took away my alimony right at the time I had been forced to retired and really need the alimony check as part of my retirement money I desperately depended on this income I only have a low paying part time job. My ex husband is a very charming black man who had the Judge at "Good morning your honor and how are you" Judge Wilson melted and took pity on my ex and took away my money.

She does not care about kids at all. She is only one sided mostly men's side and favoritism on some attorneys it is almost pathetic to be there if you are not in her circle. Also she does not like Asian race so watch out if you are or if you are using Asian attorney.If you have problems with her unfairness or discrimination, I recommend you to file the request change of the judge against her no later than 10 days after you see her the first hearing or court will not accept your request for changing of a judge. But file the complain anyway so the court would know how unfair she is to the people.

I had a restraining order case with this woman as the commissioner. I had read all the reviews and since most were stories on her favoring the woman and shunning the man, i thought everything would be smooth sailing being that i am a woman filing against a man. Despite having evidence that ranged from police reports, to emails that specifically acknowledged the temporary restraining order and no interest in adhereing to the terms of it, the fact that my ex would stalk me, and the fact that he admitted hacking into my accounts and deleting damning evidence of him breaking the temporary order, she did not care what i had supporting my claim nor what i said and dismissed my case saying that a threat isnt enough to grant a permanent restraining order due to him not having a prior criminal history and that he was never physically violent. All in all, this woman is completely bias towards whomever from the initial minute you approach the bench and should not be in a position of authority.

So much for her being the most unappealed judge.Why then has she been transferred.So that she can no longer encourage parents who do not care about their children, but only care about winning.Hopefully C64 will no longer be a chamber of horrors for parents who geninuely care about their children, but justice for those who dont.

I was relieved to be assigned to Wilson because of her reputation as a man-hater and I'm a woman. Unfortunately, she can't keep her facts straight & logic eludes her. Her decision recapped these facts: father is an abusive alcoholic w/multiple CPS reports, he's been arrested for domestic violence (new wife), he's not bonded to our son, new wife is "negligent", and kiddo's relationship with me is "strong & stable" -her words. Then she concluded that my son's "best interest" was 31% time at dad's. By then, the bill was ~$50,000 so I couldn't afford appeal. 4 yrs later, son is in therapy to figure out how to get through that 31% cuz he hates it so much. He begs his dad to let him skip visits. His therapist agrees visits are "damaging". Grades are slipping. Yet dad enforces strict adherence to the custody ruling "because he can". Kid is on ulcer meds at the ripe age of 9. How is this "best interest"? She has wrecked my kid's childhood with the flick of a pen, and I have no more $ to fight.

Renee Wilson has no respect for the written law, just her own law of ego. She has made several rulings which have been overturned, and one more that is about to be. If you don't like the ruling you got from her, PLEASE appeal it. You CAN win on appeal. She is an evil man-hater that has absolutely no interest in facts, just her opinion. She should be removed from the bench. PERIOD.

This person has no business being on the bench making decisions on important legal matters. She has little knowledge of the law, is completely rude and obnoxious to lawyers and litigants, is obviously biased against the male gender, and has the worst judicial demeanor of any judicial officer in Orange County. I could write a book about how completely ignorant Wilson is. Someone really needs to take note of who Wilson is and get her removed. She is destroying too many lives.

pls just read the article in the professional law journal called THE Daily Journal about Renee E Wilson and her moral turpetude . ITS AN ARTICLE ABOUT A PATERNITY FLAP January 23, 2009 by Amy Yarborough regarding Professional Ethics. Based on the facts/article Renee E Wilson should be removed from the bench immediately. Please check with the Presiding Judge and The Commission on Judicial Performance in Sacremento about letters and complaints sent to the OC Presiding Judge for Family Law Court. The Judges protect one another including Kenneth Black and Nancy Weiben Stock. They play their own games and have their own system and they are insiders and we are outsiders. Renee E Wilson is a vindictive woman who should not be allowed to make decisions and rulings about other peoples families lives and children. She has displayed an appalling character in her own family life as a backstabbing angry woman. Read the Daily Journal article it will explain all.

I have been an unbias witness in two different cases that have been in Renee Wisons Court one was for the father and the other for the mother and I have to say she should be thrown out on her behind. She is one of the most selfish, unorganized and rude judges I have ever come accross. She is constantly making threats to the individuals that do not follow her orders but NEVER does anything about it and so who suffers...the kids involved in these cases. Everytime I have heard her set a date for a hearing we get there ready to go and EVERY TIME she continues the matter because she says she has no time on her calendar. Not only had she cost the two individuals I know thousands in attorney fees (due to continue dates) she had yet to follow thru on ANYHTING she said she would. I have heard feedback from several family law attorneys and they all think she is CRAZY and should be forced to take a long break from the bench. There are good family law judges in OC, she is just not one of them!

Commissioner Wilson is a fair and qualified Bench Officer. Those that complain about her quality as a Judge are clearly bitter parents who lost their cases on either being a poor parent, having a unprepared attorney or just plain being unfit. Post your name or case number online. It's public information, let the public see the reason why you lost custody or have to have supervised visitation. Ruling are done based on the law and facts, not personal opinion. If so, then your case would be overturned on appeal. This commissioner handled my case, I'm a father and I found her to be level headed and interested in facts, not hysteria. She's one of the least appealed Bench Officers in the Family Law division.

Renee Elise Wilson, 05-25-1955, Long Beach, California, never married the father of her daughter. (Everything is on the web if you mine it.) She has never dealt with a custody situation over the child because of this fact. The kid does not carry his name, so who knows who he is. I doubt the kid even knows who he is. Maybe the guy left her because of her character. Maybe that is why she dislikes men.
She is truly a double faced individual.
She has made my life difficult and miserable.

The worst of the worst! She has cost me more than $15000 in legal fees just because she would rather get out of court early on Friday, instead of doing her job. She is rude, and unprofessional!
