He handled a suit yrs ago for me against my late husband's life ins when it did not pay upon his death in the USMC. He was full of promises, vim,and vigor. Boasted of himself and his wins and knowledge. It boiled down to a breach of contract to estopel. I had to get after his office all the time to find out what was going on and get papers. Long story short, he felt it was a sure win and then yrs later, in meeting the other side attorneys, he tells me not to settle, then yeah, settle, cause it just isn't going to go anywhere anymore and it's coming on 10 yrs. I got money, but nothing like he boasted the lawsuit would and should settle on from day one. He's full of hot air. Devious and not truthful to his own client. And he gets away with it.
