I would highly recommend Mr. Saucy. I retained him when I was already part-way through the divorce proceedings, which was a difficult situation for him to come in to. He had a short timeline to work with. He was very focused and organized, and he got up to speed in a very short period of time.
He made a point of getting to know my personal story, and what was important to me. He also made a point of understanding my situation, which helped both of us plan an effective strategy. He went so far as to make a trip with his wife, on a weekend, to visit my timber property, in order to familiarize himself with it, and to better represent me. That meant a tremendous amount to me.
He was ethical, fact-driven, and he attempted to find solutions in a fair manner. The opposing attorney made multiple false accusations--Mr. Saucy assisted me with objectively defending myself, point by point. He focused on fairness and resolution, and conducted himself as a gentleman.

I strongly recommend Paul Saucy to anyone seeking the very best legal advice with the highest degree of excellence in representation. Paul has vast legal experience, possesses a high degree of analytical thinking, and is effective at bringing permanent resolutions to difficult legal issues. He was able to quickly analyze my case, offer valuable strategic advice and used sophisticated technical skills in his approach to my legal case that resulted in producing a mutually agreeable final settlement with a very difficult ex-spouse. He is tech savvy, pays attention to details and deadlines, and is a personable, truthful, solution-oriented attorney truly dedicated to being the best advocate for his client. His staff are professional, knowledgeable, experienced and compassionate.

Getting divorced is a stressful marathon. When choosing a family law attorney be very selective. The final judgment will impact your relationship with your children and your finances for many years. Paul is very personable, approachable and has a good relationship with the court as well as a strong professional network with other attorneys. This is a plus if you are dealing with sensible soon to be ex’es who want to move on and act like adults. But he is also an aggressive and passionate advocate when he needs to be. He is a bull dog when confronting non-reasonable people. A divorce can be unpredictable. Your soon to be former spouse might select a “litigate/combat minded” attorney who wants to move into WW III status. Paul is no push over. If the other side tries to use coercive tactics, Paul can and will push back. If you want a solution oriented family law attorney with great product knowledge who pays attention to details, Paul Saucy is the person you want on your side.

Paul Saucy immediately put me at ease and understood my divorce case. He guided me through the process, keeping me on track and helping me make good decisions. He and his staff were supportive, attentive, and detail oriented. Some call Paul "aggressive," but I saw him to be polite to the opposing side, and well-liked and respected in the courthouse. He and his legal partner, Lauren Saucy, designed clear/pertinent exhibits for trial, and prepared me to feel as comfortable as I could on the witness stand. His fees were higher than some, but his expertise in divorce law was invaluable. He provided professional contacts that helped me with business, continued to support my case after trial, and was able to recoup some of my attorney's fees. I could not have been in better hands through divorce.

Paul has helped me twice now and each time the experience has been both satisfactory and empowering. In the first instance he helped me get through a divorce. In representing me in court his support, professional expertise, extent of preparation, forceful presentation technique, and down to earth manner proved to be what was needed to achieve a result that was more than satisfactory. While the process was painful, Paul supported me and helped empower me. His willingness to spend time helping me prepare and explain what was happening were very helpful.
Secondly, Paul helped me draft/revise a co-habitation agreement. Again his down to earth manner was greatly appreciated. His level of professional knowledge shows in every encounter.
In legal matters, I will continue to request his help. I trust him to provide good sound legal advice and would highly recommend him to anyone needing legal assistance.

He may have worked many years, but this attorney was very bad for me. I got nothing more than I walked out of my house with, and paid him $8,500 for nothing. He is incredibly arrogant and demeaning. Unless you have at least $20,000 or more he hardly spends any time onyourcased. He feels it isn't worth his time. He will not do anything more than jerk you around and ask for unneeded paperwork to spend your retainers fee.

I decided to write this review because this is such a desperate time in a person’s life. While you can spend your entire life investing in the best investments and making an entire fortune with hopes of leaving a legacy to your family, it will very quickly be learned that if you do not have “THE RIGHT” attorney on board when you need one, you in a moment’s notice can very quickly learn how you can not only lose everything you have ever worked for, but your family and livelihood as well. TRULY when all is said and done investors should start teaching that the best investment in life is a good attorney to protect you, then go from there. Paul Saucy is that attorney. I had very unique divorce and child custody issues that not just any attorney in town could handle and he walked me through the process. He is well worth every penny you will ever spend.

Very knowledgeable attorney. Paul was very good at making me feel comfortable after I was disposed of. Not too many problems were encountered and we were able to negotiate and settle without a huge, costly court battle.

My relationship with Paul started in 2003 when my first marriage ended in divorce and continued with sporadic involvement through August of 2012.In June of 2013 after nearly a year had passed, I was awarded sole custodianship of my two children (age 11 & 12)
The respect and knowledge I have gained from Paul has never come as a result of "winning" or even getting back at the other person, it was developed from the beginning of our relationship and has carried over since 2003. One thing that has always stood out for me is that when I wanted to responded to my ex-wife in a way that would have been too harsh, aggressive, or viewed as heavy handed, Paul always counseled me to look at the bigger picture. Paul does not "react" but he is methodical, intelligent, truthful, and confident. He helped me stay calm.
Paul always made me feel as if I was his only client and there was always an open flow of communication. Paul is not cheap but you get what you pay for.

If you have children and value sharing time with them then hire Paul Saucy to handle your divorce. When I went to him I was in a poor position for custody and parenting time. Paul never flinched. I told him what I wanted and he made it happen. Not once did he drop the ball or miss a deadline. He worked weekends and cleared his busy schedule for a whole day with me at crunch time. His experience and foresight headed off possible disasters I would never have considered. I got to tuck my kids into bed last night thanks to Paul. His reputation is deserved.

The old saying "you get what you pay for" well paul was that and more. He was my advocate in my very ugly divorce. He kept me calm and showed a tremendous amount of compassion. He got me what I needed and he did it with directness, professionalism, and tenacity. I have recommended him many times to people seeking an attorney for divorce purposes and I will continue to do so. I hold him in the highest esteem within his profession and I regard him as a friend.

Paul Saucy is an excellent attorney. He will go above and beyond for his client, is readily available, and is willing to tackle the most formidable situation. He does it all with finesse and professionalism. He protects his client with talent and courage. His office is filled with award plaques from his profession. He deserves every one of them. He listens to his client. He strategizes. He is proactive. He is ecperienced, and it shows. He runs the show for you. Mr. Saucy took a situation that could easily have destroyed a professional with 30 years of service and resolved the issue with a settlement that astounded everyone. The opposition was left with their ego intact, but the attempt to destroy was thwarted. Any thought this man is unfair in practice, overcharges, or is anything less than amazing in his profession is blatantly untrue. I would recommend him to my best friend. I have spoken with many attorneys. Paul has their respect. If you are faced with domestic issues, go see Pau

Over the years, I have hired many attorneys for many different reasons. I recently found myself in a very messy divorce situation that had huge consequences for my future.
I hired Paul and was very impressed by his skills at getting successful results. I found him to be efficient, and effective at bringing permanent resolutions to a series of difficult situations and legal issues. He is a man of integrity, and was very fair with me regarding his rate.
I could not be more pleased with the outcome of my case. He did far better for me then I had ever hoped for. I would hire Paul him again in a heartbeat and certainly will recommend him to everyone I know who needs an excellent domestic relations attorney!

Paul is expensive, but he is worth every penny! I finally had the dignity to leave my philandering husband, only to be threatened with losing my children so he could "live off" child support and alimony. When I entered Paul's office, my first attorney had bungled the case so badly that I was in tears. Now, nearly a year later, I have the children safe and sound, my ex is out on his butt with no payments from me whatsoever. This attorney saved me and mine! He is direct and blunt. I appreciate that! My first attorney could only repeat over and over again, "Well, it's a grey area..." due to the complexity of my case. Paul made it his duty to clarify my case into black and white. This man is in my prayers every night for a duty well done. Thank you!

Paul Saucy is an accomplished lawyer who clearly understands divorce law. My case was difficult and had an element that involved international issues. He was able to work in my families best interest and seek the maximum benefit possible in light of the circumstance. Paul is direct, but it was my experience that his directness was based on his experience and his desire to understand all elements of a case. I would strongly recommend this attorney if your situation has any complexity because you will save money and time in the long run.

This lawyer suggested I goad my husband into hitting me. He also said one of his clients would seduce her soon to be ex husband so he would pay child support. He said she was dedicated and implied he admired her, and that I should consider her as a role model.

Not fair, pre-ocuupied, not attentive to opposition detail, fees are not indicative of his service.
