Mr. Walton represented my ex-husband for our divorce. He was arrogant and sneaky and dragged out the entire process most likely to collect more fees since he knew he was dealing with a man and family with a lot of income. He did not show any signs of caring about the parties involved or the welfare of them or the children. When he was asked to explain his reasoning or purpose of requests or calculations he was defensive and one time even walked out of a meeting when he felt caught. He enjoys conflict and will never admit hes wrong...ever on either parties behalf.

I do not feel that Mr. Walton cared about me personally or the disposition of my case. It seemed to me throughout the entire divorce proceeding that he was most interested in running up as large a bill as possible. He appeared disorganized at times and confused during negotiations. The date of the hearing was a disaster. Opposing counsel ran all over him leaving me holding the bag. He was arrogant and condescending which in retrospect looked like nothing but a defense mechanism. I hired another attorney after the case to represent me in post decree proceedings. The new attorney uncovered many flaws and problems with my case and did an excellent job representing me. I really regret having used Howard Walton. In the end he was over priced, uncaring about my case and was most interested in getting it off his docket.

He is right and everyone one else is wrong, nasty attitude, drags litigation out, poor judge of character. Sneaky.
