Donna has done wonders for my family and I in the past 4 years. Everytime I've needed her she answers my questions quickly and directly. She is always prepared, thorough, and executes well in court. My wife and I have the highest respect for her. If not for her, I would not have all the time I do with my son. She has always had my family's best interest at heart. Thank you Donna!

Donna has been a blessing! She is my lawyer, my mentor, and a friend. I recomend her as a divorce lawyer. She is a hard worker with passion for her job. Donna gets the job done in a timely manner. She can separate emotion and think logically while having empathy. She will not nickel and dime you, like some lawyers. It is difficult to find a lawyer with all of these qualities. I thank God every day for sending her to me!

This lawyer was appointed to me when we had a case. She was very good at getting stuff done. She saw that what the other side was making into a major issue was not the case at all. I think she is great and she even took the time to come to extra hearings.

Donna Mobilia was a very poor lawyer when representing my children as their Guardian ad Litem. She spent twice the amount of time speaking with my spouse than the time she spent speaking with me. This gave her a bias and I was not afforded an opportunity to give her a balanced view of the situation. The recommendation she wrote was unclear and difficult to understand for myself and the other lawyers involved. When questioned about why she recommended so much child visitation with my children's father, she said she was trying to get my spouse as close to the visitation that he was asking for as possible. It was obvious that she was working as an advocate for my spouse and not my children. The divorce I am going through was directly caused by my spouse's illegal and unethical behaviors; that which he engaged in while the children were in his care. My parenting has never been questioned and is not a legal concern for establishment of physical custody or of visitation.
