i believe he was fair,addressed the situation head on and came to a logical and just conclusion.i do find this voting somewhat distastful but having checked the results i couldn't let such a negative rating, for a judge who seemed very fair to me, stand

If he is fair and unpartial then why was he removed from the White Plains Matrimonial part in June 2006? Do you homework on the internet and find the article from the NY Law Journal, NY Post and the Journal News if you want the facts on Donovan.
