Involved with attorney for about 3 years. Attorney had a physical issue that prevented her from working in 2005. When she came back to work, she gave no consideration for charges relative to the fact that she was off for approximately 5 months. She charged $250 per hour for rereviewing all information. When she came back to work she did not come back with the energy needed to work cases. As a result I have lost 300K in decreased property values and an increase in 70K in attorney charges to "catch up" on the case. The client's should not be penialized for the attorney's misfortune. CLIENTS BEWARE! IF YOU NEED AN AGGRESSIVE, TIMELY ATTORNEY LOOK ELSEWHERE.
