Had my court date this morning and everything was thrown out due and DUI was ruled NOT GUILY, this was only due time to the experienced preparation taken by Stein and Ward LLP.

It was like watching the New England Patriots play a high school football team; Stein and Ward was dominant in the court room and have relationships one way or another with almost any Judge.

I was arrested at 2:30am about 15mths ago by a Cherokee county trooper on 92 going home. My charge was DuI even though I had no alcohol in my system. I called the only name that I had heard for years living in Atlanta, attorney Stein. If you hire him, you are more likely going to end up with Brian Caron, his partner who only does 25% DuI cases, he hates doing them too, he is a bully towards women, specially foreign ones, like myself. He will treat you guilty and will not be your advocate. You will only spend$$$ & talk to the front desk. Their office is fancy & they portray a patriotic image, which I must say is why I called them in the first place. I have lost my job, about to loose my house, they don’t care. No one will return any of your phone calls. God bless you

George Stein took my DUI to trial and got a NOT GUILTY verdict!

After struggling with the decision, I decided to go with a different attorney. Initially, I was pleased with my decision. This other attorney was well respected and very thorough. It was after the license hearing that I began to wonder if I had made a mistake. He was able to get my license reinstated - but only after agreeing with the officer that I would plead guilty - which was no what we had discussed. Needless to say, I was alarmed that this had happened.
So, I called George. He was calm, also very thorough, and was willing to take my case. He would not make me any promises - but nevertheless he seemed confident. I called the first attorney and told him that I had decided to go a different direction.
After a long 2.5 years, a hearing was scheduled. George and his team had done a fantastic job discussing all of complicated elements of my case with the prosecutor and by the time my case was called, the prosecutor had agreed to reduce the charges to reckless driving.

My daughter became very depressed after breaking up with her boyfriend. She checked into a hotel and took a bottle of sleeping pills. Thankfully, she survived and woke the next morning. She then tried to drive to a friend's house but was still sedated by the pills. She had a minor rear-end collision with another vehicle and was charged with DUI. Knowing Georgia has a tough, unforgiving DUI law, we searched for the best attorney in this area of law. Our search led us to George Stein who masterfully guided my daughter through the process and was able to get the charges reduced to reckless driving. George and his staff are top-shelf in every way in dealing with their clients. I highly recommend calling George first before any other. I was arrested in 2014 for a DUI. I called George first because of a friend's referral. He squeezed me into his schedule that same day. It took the court three years to finally bring up my case, but George and his staff were always attentive and kept me informed. During the entire process, George and his team did a fantastic job. His firm was able to have my license kept valid which allowed me to see what the State would offer, without being suspended. The offer from the Municipal Court of Atlanta was for me to plea to a “Reckless Driving.” We choose to go to trial and reject that deal and George Stein made the decision to move my case Atlanta City to Fulton County. During the time my case was in Fulton County, George's knowledge and expertise of the trial process, he was able to address points and make quick appropriate decisions at each step. While it did take a significant amount of time (4 yrs, 3 months) to accomplish, George was able to get my DUI dismissed and all my charges dropped. I give a 200% confidence vote in his abilities and recommend him 200%. My advice is be patient and work with George and his team while they work their best on your case.

As a sales rep for a major corporation, the night of my DUI arrest was no different than many in the past. However, after finding myself in jail, I was now facing loss of my current employment and a real jeopardy to my future career.
What is unique about George is his integrity which he preserves for his Clients.
Although you can contest a DUI test, it did not help that I told the officer what I had to drink on camera. The prosecutor was aware of this so initial proposed outcomes were less than ideal. Despite this, George continued to plea my case. In the end, we successfully negotiated a plea that would dismiss the DUI.
What is also unique about George is his presence in the court room. It was clear during all of my court proceedings that everyone knows and respects George; and he acts on this without a vein of self-serving pride. I know that George’s approach to his profession, and the level of respect that Courts have for him also helped the outcome of my case.

I have been to George and Kevin a couple of times. The firm has helped me out of tough situations and in all instances, the charges were completely dismissed. Please note that the path was not easy and patience is a must along with proper communications. The firm fully investigated my case, informed me of my options and allowed me to make a proper decision; either risk on or risk off. In one instance I turned down a deal which many would have accepted. If you are risk preferred, then you MAY have a better outcome. Because of their relationships, George's office is able to investigate your case in a more thorough manner in addition to negotiating pleas for lesser offenses. All in all, it is never an easy path when being charged with a DUI, but this firm has delivered results for me and you definitely want to consult with them. I called George's office after being arrested as a teenager. I was able to meet with him that evening and he answered my question and the questions that my parents had as well. I was very nervous that I would have this teenage error in judgment follow me around. Thankfully, after placing my trust in George's capable hands, I no longer have to worry about that. We were able to achieve a great result for my case! He seemed to have a really good relationship with the court we were in. I recently was in a motorcycle accident. I heard about George Stein and Steel Horse Law, did my own research, and found they were the best and had great reviews on defending you. I hired George Stein to handle my case. I have to say he did an excellent job representing me. As soon as everyone involved sees you have top quality legal representation things get done and to your favor. George and his team kept me informed of everything going on. Recently, I experienced an unexpected encounter with my local law enforcement patrol. This encounter motivated me to contact George Stein’s law office. If you hire George stein you will never see the actual George stein. He thinks he's some local radio celebrity you probably will be charged with everything as if you had a public defender. I complained it my case that I never even heard or saw him so one night I received a Phone call from a blocked number and it was him, so I'm not even important enough to have the guys phone number?? Then for my case I was sent to jail for 5 days..

this guy's firm is built around fighting the case. I was lead to do so right until the trial when his partner, thankfully, called me and leveled with me that my video was not good and that with my judge I could very well get 10 days in jail. If yo uhire George you will probably not ever talk to him
