We hired Mr. Dudka to help us with custody and he did a wonderful job. He was kind and caring and walked us through the entire process. He was up front about his fees and thanks to him, my husband and I have had custody of my son for more than 7 years! My ex now has supervised visitation thanks to Mr. Dudka!

Kevin did an outstanding job representing me during my bankruptcy in 2003. I shopped attorneys for some time before deciding to retain his services. He was straight forward and very knowledgeable. I have also referred family and friends to him and they have been nothing but happy with his services. I certainly would not have referred him to others if he wasn't a good attorney. The negative reviews I have read on this site seem to be from people complaining about legal fees. I was specifically informed when I met with Mr. Dudka that the initial amount paid would be a retainer, not a flat fee. He helped me during a very stressful time in my life and made what was very difficult a little easier. He is not a crook, nor was he a bad attorney. He did everything he said he would and then some.

This is a lying cheater of a lawyer. This whole firm are crooked. They told me and my wife a chapter 7 would cost between $750 and $1500 max. They charged us over $10,000 and when we ran out of money that file a judgement against us. CROOKED

It cost me $20,000 to get divorced with this lawyers help. This lawyer lied to me and gave the other parties lawyer information to use against me.
