He told me if he dragged out my 2007 dui case past a year it wouldn't show up on my driving record but it did and it wasted 13months of the 3yrs it takes to drive trucks again so now i cant drive until summer 2011.He has been disbarred from another case and now i cant get my file so i can file a motion to set aside my conviction.His partner is also the assistant prosecuting attorney and told me he was going to get the file from the prosecutor on my case and him and david would wheel and deal from there but it never happened and 13mnths went by and nothing turned out the way they said it would.How do i get that time back?
